Pick-A-Side Game Show is a live-hosted, interactive entertainment experience produced by PeakPoint Enterprise LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating in the United States. By booking a session, signing up to play, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms.

We provide a hosted, real-time game show experience — either as an individual episode you can sign up for, or as a private session booked for a company or team. We handle the hosting, the game mechanics, and the technology. We do not provide, guarantee, or take responsibility for any outcome of the game itself beyond running it as described.

Individual episodes are completely free to sign up for and play — no payment or purchase of any kind is required. Corporate bookings require full payment at the time of booking, processed securely through Stripe. Prices for each package are shown at the time of booking and may change over time, but the price you were charged at booking is the price that applies to your session.

We understand plans change.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of your session may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability, but are not eligible for a refund.
• No-shows (failing to attend without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Individual episodes: Participation is entirely free — you never pay anything, and you never risk anything of value, to play or to try to win. Any jackpot awarded during an individual episode is funded and paid out directly by PeakPoint Enterprise LLC, entirely at our own expense.

Corporate bookings: Pick-A-Side Game Show never collects, holds, or pays out prize money of any kind. If your company chooses to play for real cash stakes, that money is entirely your own — set, funded, and distributed directly between your company and your own employees. We are not a party to that transaction in any way; our fee is solely for hosting the game show experience itself. If a real-cash jackpot isn't fully claimed by the end of a session (for example, if a milestone isn't reached), any unclaimed amount simply remains your company's own money — nothing is owed to us, and nothing is forfeited to us.

Sessions are recorded, primarily so you and your team can look back on them afterward. Whether we may also share highlights or the full episode on our own social media is entirely optional and requires your explicit, separate consent at the time of booking — we will never use footage publicly without that consent.

Our game show experience is intended for participants 18 years of age or older. By registering to play or booking a session, you confirm that you (and, for corporate bookings, your participating employees) meet this requirement.

Pick-A-Side Game Show is an entertainment and hosting service — not a gambling operation of any kind. Individual episodes are free to enter, so no participant ever pays or risks anything of value to play or to try to win. For corporate bookings, any real-money stakes chosen by a corporate client are that client's own independent arrangement with their own participants, entirely outside of our services or control. We do not operate, facilitate, or profit from gambling in any form.

The service is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to run sessions reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service (for example, due to internet connectivity issues on either side). To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeakPoint Enterprise LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the session in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
